The last 12 months have brought unprecedented changes to our daily lives. We understand that you may feel anxious about coming in for your appointment, so we wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that we’re following safety guidelines to the letter, and are here for you when you need us.

Operating on an appointment-only basis allows us to continue to deliver routine eyecare services and urgent care throughout the lockdown. This also limits the number of customers visiting our opticians at any given time, which supports the stringent sanitisation and social distancing measures we’ve adopted throughout the pandemic.

Our staff wear PPE (personal protective equipment) at all times and are currently being vaccinated. We’re dedicated to providing optical services in the safest manner possible to look after visitors to any of our branches here in Cumbria.

Your Visit

You may be wondering what your visit will look like with restrictions in place. Along with both staff and customers wearing PPE, we also continue to use perspex screens, including on all microscopes in our examination rooms. All of these protective measures mean we can safeguard your health, so you can feel confident visiting us for your eyecare and eyewear needs.
